You will also be provided with a password to enable you to track your case online 24/7 from the comfort of your armchair.

Once your case is underway you will receive automatic email updates each time your case has reached a new stage. You will receive advance notification of exchange giving you full notice of when any insurances need to be put on risk, ensuring another process is guided through smoothly with plenty of notice.

Other important stages you will be able to monitor include when local searches have been instructed and the date they are returned. You will be informed of when your deposit has been received / to be obtained from the sale.

You will also receive notification of when your offer has been issued by your lender and, most importantly, when the date for completion is scheduled.
